Shipping and payment conditions
We process every order within 1 to 2 working days. Delivery is usually made within 3 to 5 working days.
We charge a shipping fee for postage and packaging, depending on weight or size.
Package up to 10 kg: 12 CHF
Bulky goods package: 32 CHF
If an item is not in stock, we will notify you by e-mail.
Currently we only deliver within Switzerland and to Liechtenstein. For export shipments, please send us a non-binding enquiry.
Terms of payment
Insurance: The shipment is insured according to the usual scope of liability. Transport damage must be reported in writing immediately after delivery of the goods.
Payment: As a rule, we only deliver against prepayment. For pick-ups, the items are to be paid for in cash or via Twint.
All prices include 8.1 % VAT.
