Armaflex is a flexible insulation material and is therefore very good for uneven surfaces, such as those commonly found in campers and boats. The insulation material is used to prevent condensation, for example on cooler external walls, and cannot absorb water itself.

The tape is intended for the subsequent bridging of cut edges and smaller cold bridges.
